International Power Logistics Group (IPOL Logistics Algeria & Turkey)

International Power Logistics S.A.R.L (IPOL Logistics Algeria) is a freight forwarding and logistics company established in late 2011 in Algeria, following an in-depth market study conducted by a Turkish–Algerian joint venture. The company became fully operational in March 2012.

To strengthen its international presence, IPOL Logistics Services Ltd (IPOL Logistics Turkey) was founded in Istanbul in 2014 as the Headquarters of the IPOL Group.

Driven by a strong business vision, IPOL has adopted a customer-centric approach focused on delivering tailored logistics solutions and building long-term partnerships. Its management and staff are experts in their respective fields, including project logistics, customs clearance, ocean and air freight, and local delivery operations.

IPOL is fully integrated into a global network of logistics partners, allowing it to meet the complex needs of international trade, including third-party shipments, documentation, and cross-border trading services.

Company Overview

Within just two years of its establishment, IPOL Algeria achieved remarkable growth in terms of handled volume, turnover, and market share. This success led the management to expand the company’s reach by founding IPOL Turkey in August 2014 — marking a strategic milestone in IPOL’s global development.

The first step of this expansion was the merger of IPOL Algeria and IPOL Logistics Services Turkey, uniting them under a single, cohesive structure. The second step positioned IPOL Turkey as the Group’s official headquarters and management center, coordinating IPOL’s international logistics network.

In alignment with the dynamic operations of IPOL Algeria, which currently manages around 16,000 TEUs annually, IPOL Turkey continues to expand IPOL’s presence across new markets. The Erbil (Kurdistan, Iraq) branch is scheduled to become operational by the end of 2015, while France and China branch offices are under development and will soon begin operations to better serve global customers.

The merger between IPOL Algeria and IPOL Turkey was designed to set the company apart from its competitors by providing value-added logistics solutions that enhance clients’ business performance. IPOL continues to grow along its planned path, offering innovative, integrated, and reliable logistics services to customers across Iraq, Syria, Turkey, Europe, and Africa.
